MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games) are great. They allow you to explore an uncharted new world alone or with friends, slay terrible beats, upgrade to new weapons and equipment and receive rewards for completing various tasks across the land.
But every now and then, I feel like something a little different. That’s usually when I stumble across the MMOFPS (Massively Multiplayer Online First Person Shooter) games; instead, they offer a more action-orientated experience. Join a game with 20 or so other players and shoot madly until you’re the only one left standing: that’s usually how it goes. It’s fast. It’s furious. It’s fun. 5. MAT – Mission Against Terror
Mission Against Terror (MAT) is a 3D MMOFPS that features a wide variety of game modes, weapon choices and upgrade options.

4. Wolf Team
WolfTeam is a Tactical MMOFPS that closely resembles shooters like Counter-Strike and Half-Life, though with a slight twist: while you begin playing each game as a Marine, you can also transform into a Werewolf.
Putting aside the ability to play as a Werewolf, WolfTeam is a traditional MMOFPS that utilises all of the genre favourite features such as upgradeable weapons, multiple game modes and an equipment store that sells new items and weapons to assist your matchmaking domination.

3. S4 League
S4 League is a 3D, Sci-Fi MMOFPS that features fast-paced, action-packed gameplay in multiple game modes such as deathmatch and capture the flag.
Unlike other MMOFPS titles, S4 League is not simply another ‘gun game’. You will be required to employ strategy and tactics in this MMOFPS as you combine long-ranged weapons with swords and melee attack to inflict devastation on your opponents like never before, all while enjoying the gorgeous, 3D anime-inspired visuals.

2. War Rock
War Rock is a 3D Tactical MMOFPS that features fast-paced, realistic gameplay that strives to offer a simulated real-world war environment.
